Ray & Jennifer Hubbard
Ray & Jennifer Hubbard have served formally with CEF since 2009. They both were saved through CEF influence as children. Jennifer spent her teen years serving with CEF in the summer ministry of CYIA.
She met Ray at Western Bible College. They were married in 1986 and they have 13 biological children. They practice what they preach that children are a blessing from the Lord. They attended Children’s Ministry Institute in 2009.
Ray served as the local missionary director of the Antelope Valley chapter in Southern California for 12 years when they moved to Oklahoma in 2022. They are excited to serve the Lord in the Oklahoma Central Chapter reaching the surrounding areas of Oklahoma City.

Pray for God to use us as we share the ministry with Churches evangelize the unchurched children of their communities by providing volunteers that we will train and equip through a Good News Club or 5-Day Club to effectively disciple and establish children in the local church for Christian living
